(a Delaware corporation) ("Arksense," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our early-access website and join our early-access list. By using the site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

Arksense is an early-stage service in development. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on our site or in this policy should be taken as medical advice. Always consult your parent's physician about their care.

Information you give us

When you request early access, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

Your email address.
Who you are caring for (for example, a parent, spouse, or other relative).
Health-related details you volunteer about the person you care for, such as the conditions they are managing (for example, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or a heart condition).
Whether you would be willing to share recent lab results to receive a personalized readout.
Whether you are open to a short call with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, general location, referring source, and the pages you view. We use cookies and similar advertising technologies for this, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which helps us understand how people find the site and measure the performance of our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through Meta's and Google's ad preference tools.

Health information you provide

Some of the information you give us relates to a person's health status, which we treat as sensitive. We collect it only when you choose to provide it and only with your consent, and we use it solely to understand whether Arksense is a fit for your family and to personalize your early access. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:

Email and scheduling tools we use to follow up with you.
Advertising and analytics platforms (for example, Meta and Google) for aggregate measurement. We do not share the health details you provide with advertising platforms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect it under this policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our emails. To do any of these, email us at azeem@arksense.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country's privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

Washington and Nevada residents: these states have specific consumer health data laws. If we have collected health-related information from you, you may have rights to access it, delete it, and withdraw your consent. Contact us at azeem@arksense.co to exercise these rights.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to operate our early-access program and for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. If we begin collecting health information for new purposes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
